We have a young adult who is grooming children on social media ie TikTok allowing underage users to stay in the guest box for longer than they should, this bloke has admitted to wanting children’s attention online. We have video proof of this and of all the vile things he has said regarding young children. What concerns us is that he lives very local to a school. He will also only leave the property when it’s end of school day and sit in the park. He dances sexually trying to get the children’s attention. It appears that he doesn’t think he’s doing anything wrong, he’s also trying to pursue young children on his instagram. He’s goes by the name of Mark, but his real name is MATTHEW ANTHONY KELLY. He has also tried to set up a go fund me account for £14k but we have managed to get this removed.

This man is a serious danger to children. Police don’t seem to be doing anything to stop him. He is an online predator and I fear he will be gaining access to vulnerable children online
This guy is dangerous! He blames children from 6yrs old that they know what they are doing and deserve to be raped!! He’s constantly talking about children and hanging around parks using children games etc to speak to them the list goes on it’s disgusting!!!
Underage girls encouraged and allowed in his lives. He left America due to proven underage activities but not charged. He should be deported
I have recordings of this man saying kids deserve and ask to be groomed. He needs removing off this app as minors go into his live streams all the time. They are not safe
