Irving, Ganesh and Diamond are the biggest reason to live here. They take this building from being a place I sleep to being a home. With them as part of our community I’d be 5x more likely to renew and stay in the building for years to come. This move by management is, for the first time since I moved in, making me consider leaving.
Bringing them back is not only the right thing to do, it’s also in management’s own financial interest since every resident loves them. Please make this right!

As a resident of this building for 7 years, it is extremely upsetting to find out while I’m on vacation that I’ll be coming home to a place that no longer feels the same. There is no 50 N 5th without Irving, Diamond and Ganesh. They have always been incredibly kind, professional and helpful with anything we needed. They are such an important part of this building and our community. Please bring them back!!!

My family has lived here for over a decade. Irving, Diamond and Ganesh have been excellent employees, always professional, kind and respectful. They are valued members of our community. It is deeply upsetting to see three dedicated employees lose their jobs so suddenly. They deserve the same respect and consideration they have always shown us.

Waii is this a joke at 50 N 5th?! 😳 Ganesh, Diamond, and Irving are three of the most respectful, caring, hardworking people we have here. They have always gone above and beyond—from packages and deliveries to lockouts. I’ve watched them work nonstop, handling packages, guests, deliveries, and the front desk with barely a break, especially after staffing was reduced. They made us feel welcomed, even on our worst day. The building lost it heart 😥 i start avoiding the front entrance. Rose is 🗑

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the decision to let go of the concierge staff. They have been with the building for years and have consistently done their jobs without issues. The building’s decline began after Rose Management took over. I am disgusted and deeply disappointed by this decision. Rose’s two-star rating speaks volumes and their contract should be terminated.
