Get rid of 856EC and 30WD
We are requesting the removal of 865EC and 30WD due to repeated unprofessional, disrespectful, and unsafe behavior toward Signature employees. Their interactions with employees have consistently created unnecessary tension and rushed situations that have compromise safety and effective ramp operations.

It is imperative that respect is extended to line service specialist who are providing the service for your aircraft. Unnecessary tension and disrespectful actions should not be rewarded with continued hospitality in service at the detriment to our workers.
