Thank you for getting back to me. I completely understand that the appeal is currently being reviewed, but I’m asking that this is looked into properly rather than simply relying on the original ban decision.

The account @hollbaron is genuinely important to the person who owns it. She has built a community around her account, and there are a lot of people who follow her, watch her content, support her and rely on her for advice and interaction. Her followers are genuinely invested in her content and regularly look to her for support and guidance.

From what we can see, she has not done anything that should justify permanently losing her account, and we strongly believe this may have been a mistake or an incorrect enforcement decision. If there is a specific piece of content or Community Guideline that TikTok believes was violated, we would really appreciate this being properly identified and reviewed.

Please could you escalate this to the appropriate team and ask for a full manual review of the account and the original enforcement decision? We are not asking for the rules to be ignored — we are simply asking for the decision to be looked at fairly and carefully, because this account means a lot to her and to the community she has built.

I would really appreciate it if you could take another look at this and, if possible, explain exactly what caused the permanent ban. If the ban was made in error, please could the account be reinstated.
