On the 25th January 2026 I unexpectedly was met with my Facebook account disabled. I was given no reason but was made to be 'guilty' without charge of something they didn't deem necessary to tell me about. I obviously appealed and sent a selfie which wasn't sufficient so I had to send a photo of my GOV ID. I'm still awaiting a response as it has nearly 2 decades of images, memories, poems and short stories I'd wrote on there. Photos of my deceased relatives and pics and vids of my now grown up children as babies. I would like the chance to access my account to retrieve all that is rightfully mine. Having my intellectual and personal property withheld from me is abhorrent. If they deem me not fit for their platform or their bots have made a mistake, I would like my property back and I will then delete my account myself. This should be my choice. Please sign to show your support. This is personal and sentimental stuff I can never get back. Thank you for even reading this and if you sign I will be grateful.
This is so unfair. Facebook is ridiculous with the way they just lock people out and hold all your photos hostage. Hope you get them back hun.
