People just walk over my grass in front of my livingroom all the time sets my rescue dog barking as she was in a puppy farm for five years .also people think there dogs can walk on my grass and do there business

PKC seem to have it both ways. The own the land and we look after it and PAY them to take their grass away 😆If we want a fence we should be able to erect one. If not will the council bring back the maintenance of the gardens?

Time PKC listened to the people of N.M and dropped this stupid policy! We don't own the front garden but are responsible for it's maintenance and disposal of the waste......nuts!

The front gardens are maintained by the homeowners/tenant and they need to then pay for the brown bin to dispose of the grass cuttings. Why shouldn't they be allowed to put dances up to keep the gardens secure, safe and looking it's best.

I think each individual household ahe be able to make the decision themselves if they want a fence or not! After all the council dont maintain it anymore it’s upto the householder so therefore should be the householders choice not the council!

In this present state and the situation of housing illegal immigration’s I do not know if any house are HMOs in thisxarea to house illegals I too would want preparation , privacy —and above all safety . Unfortunately that’s where our councils are letting its residents down
