Tenants should be allowed to move out without having to pay for the rent of the next 2 months. Also, they should not be forced to pay for resources they don’t use, or rather, those that aren’t available.

The way rates are rising every month doesn’t make sense especially experience power outages frequently, small business centres, noise pollution. Securities sometimes want bribes to allow your visitors to park, cockroaches are everywhere. Main reason I am frustrated is frequent power outages, Lot of money we pay for poorly maintained building. Cockroaches, unrealistic fees when terminating contracts, unrealistic notice period.

My experience staying at The Leo has been extremely disappointing, particularly because of the ongoing electricity outages. This has become a serious inconvenience and has negatively affected the quality of living for tenants. What is even more frustrating is lack of meaningful action and accountability. We expect management to take responsibility for issues affecting our daily lives and to explore practical alternatives or solutions rather than leaving residents to deal with the consequences.

I can’t be paying too much of rent while. I hardly be at the house. I don’t cook use washing matching Because of my work I travel a months or weeks then they tell me about ma heat bump. Ubani bekusebenzisa ngaphandle koku bheka my furniture. Didn’t make sense when my rent ifika heatbump beyithu too much n water

Been staying at the Leo for almost 3years now the electricity we always have it’s crazy we loose house hold essential,not to mention the groceries that get waisted Almost every month ,spending a week with cold water sometimes ,unwanted extra money for take away and their crazy rent and contract that cage us while less the services is poor
