Hello my name is Amy Zwickel, I am a current member at our Shenandoah Fitness Center. With our great facility to work out at,  there has been many things that have become more availbable for our members. Jazzercise is just one option our members can join. Second our spinning classes have increased in size in the past couple of years, and have had to add more bikes. We also have boxing downstairs available for members to meet with a person that can workout with you. Currently we do not offer Zumba classes at the Shenandoah Fitness Center, but would think it be a success! We need to have signatures to take to the board to show interest. This is a request from members of the gym and people that would be wanting join our gym to be a part of.
