- Say NO to violence against women and girls.
- Say NO to violence in any form, whether physical, psychological or via the Internet.
- Support or host a program on gender-based violence.
- Learn more about gender-based violence on Zonta Says NO website.
- Reflect on what I learned during the 16 Days and speak up via social media and with family and friends throughout the year.
- Invite the men and boys in my family and community to take the pledge, speak up and take action to prevent gender-based violence.

Time for real action to stop gender based violence is long overdue. It’s time for the positive change required to set up a better future for women and children, both within Australia and across the world.
I think it is very important that more men are willing to help turn the tide by signing on as positive role models for other males an as allys to help reduce the very disturbing srats!!
Our big event is the student caravan where we rally 7,000 students to a zonta says no to teen pregnancy in addition to zonta says no to VAWC 7 schools each with 1000 audience are given lectures that week by professional speakers, doctors on ill effects of early teen pregnancy
Women’s and children’s rights are the true essence of human rights! I take every opportunity to protect these rights at home, in the community, school, workplace and in my practice of law.
Finland is a very secure country, but there is too much domestic violence against women. That´s why we in District20 campaign strongly during ZontaSaysNO campaign. We want to keep this phenomena visible ja change attitudes towards in our society.
I am glad the Zonta Says No Action is visible. And in Germany the problem behind seems to be noticed by the public.
I do a lot to help women and girls specially in Indonesia to develop their identity and find jobs. villabalivilla.com

As a Zontian of many years it is my pleasure to sign this pledge to support women with lived experience of violence of any sort, and to take action to prevent it from happening to other women.
