Rezoning to this use is totally inconsistent with the residential neighborhood all around the property. I strongly oppose the storage units.

Having a storage facility in a residential neighborhood is a foolish idea. Why this has been allowed to get to this point escapes common sense. Anyone promoting this really needs to honestly ask themselves, would you want this next to your house?

This type of facility is completely inconsistent with the area. There is no good reason to grant permission to use RESIDENTIAL property for this purpose.

Building a storage facility adjacent to a very nice residential development and a neighborhood park is inappropriate. Rezoning this land for this or similar purposes is bad judgement. Plenty of other parcels in the town to consider so as to not jeopardize values of existing homes and diminish saleability of vacant lots.

Not the place for more storage sheds...close to a neighborhood park? This is a residential community and has been for many years.

Please keep Jones Park in a residential area. There are plenty of other areas to put storage units, but very few places to have a park that families can walk and bike to!

I agree that this is a poor use of land for a residential area that continues to grow due to interest in the various, well maintained neighborhoods.
