As a visitor from Australia to your beautiful Country..Please leave as much of the natural environment as you can...after all we pay thousands of dollars just to get there and see the natural beauty of this area.

Yes to designating this Kimberley Benchland recreational use only.

It's so well used and loved as a recreation spot.

I love walking along there and have been doing so for 50+ years. Please leave it for recreation. It’s flat and open, and unpaved unlike most other trails in Kimberley.

As part of the Rails to Trails and a viewpoint that attracts tourists, let's keep this recreationally zoned.

There has to be a more appropriate area for industrial land

I want the City Council to know that if this is pushed thru, locals and visitors that have seen this area will not stay quite or idle. Is Teck able to sell some land, as water and power are accessible? Noah Wesche I support you wanting to be here, but lets have locals help find a spot that will not cause a deep seated animosity.

V1A3K2... This area needs to be recreational. No noise? I have my doubts. No 24/7 machine shop I've ever been around has been quiet. I'm not against industry or the local (hopefully) jobs It might bring, just keep it away from recreational or residential areas.

Totally against developing this land for anything, be it housing, industry or recreation. Let nature be.

I live below these lands and I sure would be unhappy to listen to commercial industry above me and large trucks hauling.... I love the views and walking the bench lands not to mention the quite drive to Kimberley on the road no high traffic... keep the bench lands natural...i am sure there is more industrial lands that have not been developed yet... make them the priority first for development...
