Keep Kimberley beautiful. Do not wreck it by making desperate decisions that will affect the long term beauty of Maryville. Plan for industry in a more suitable location even if we have to wait. It will pay off in the long run!

Leave land as is. Use the trails all the time and would hate to lose it. Traffic is already brutal on JOW due to speeding and volumes. Safety is a concern for pedestrians on JOW using it to connect to the trails. The safety of the students of Marysville Elementary school would also be a concern.

I agree with the opinion that there are other options and locations to attract business to Kimberley than the Benchlands, even though more remediation may be required.

With our natural resources dwindling, it should be a no-brainer to preserve what we have. And incoming businesses should be able to utilize what is already in place, rather than destroy more of the surrounding environment.

Having been a professional photographer in Kimberley for over 10 years and knowing all of the outstanding viewspots in close proximity and easy access to town, I have to say that the Benchlands are almost second to none. I would like to see use of land with less aesthetic and recreational value for Industrial development.

Can smart land use planning and site-specific design be applied in this instance to create win-win solutions? Complete loss of access to walk and bike these beautiful benchlands would be a bitter pill to swallow.

We use this land regularly for recreation, I run on it and my children play on it. Would be a shame to lose full access to this area
Please keep these lands for recreation!
