We are new to this area and this is one of the reasons we chose to live here…. Keep it as recreation.

Costs to high for city taxpayers for only one business. Other alternatives should be looked at where the infrastructure is already in place.

Leave this land natural! There are plenty of other place that have already been destroyed by man to accommodate industry.

Great idea to bring economics up...terrible spot for the business itself. Across the road would be better.....why would you put an eye sore right on the lip where everyone could see.....it would look so out of place!

I'm fine with industry in kimberley/marysville, but I believe strongly there are more appropriate locations that will have less impact on residential homes.
Consideration needs to be made to those that will have to live next to this land 24/7 for years to come.

Exciting business idea, but not at this precise view spot, just above the rails to trails. Move it just across the road into the old Cominco lands, or another existing, appropriate location.

As a long term underemployed, short term Kimberley resident, I want this business in Kimberley. Someone, the Mayor or Mr. Wesche, should make an alternative proposal soon. Otherwise we could lose this business to another town or city. Think Win-Win, not bullying us into accepting one solution.
