A rule of no teacher being alone with a child should be intoduced as well as encouraging child abusers to resign and perhaps change their services as these are positive signs that they lack credibility and cannot be helpful in raising a healthy society, regardless of their managerial and sastric knowledge. Devotees must adopt an attitude of love and compassion for the kids as well as a safe environment at all times. My suggestion would be all women teachers and just one male and the no two devotee allowed to be alone together rule. This makes everyone accountable.
