Currently open container laws exist in the state of Pa. Further there hasn’t been a rash of drinking related issues in town. If there is such an issue with open containers enforce the existing laws. Further I believe this would hurt local businesses.

I think having the downtown gatherings on Thursday and being able to stroll around with a beverage in your hand is fabulous and draws a crowd

This is a bad decision to restrict alcohol . Support Zelienople's thriving restaurant/ bar business community.

This alcohol ban is entirely unnecessary. The town has great appeal and business is thriving. Why would there even be a discussion. If you don't like our charm move to depressing liberal Allegheny County

Please don't shoot small bussinesses in the foot. Zelienople is already family friendly always has been this will just make it more difficult for bussiness owners.

During a pandemic where social distancing is required, this seems inappropriate to change during an incredibly difficult time for local restaurants. The revitalization of town is incredible and this will set that effort back and potentially drive the new exciting restaurants out of town. Please don't change it.

Leave it alone - a large reason our town is in the state of revitalization it is - is because of our local restaurants. Why would you want to hamstring the very same people that have been a huge part of why our town is thriving???

Please do not change the alcohol ordnance. In all the events I have attended in Zelienople, I have never seen anyone out of line or a nuisance. The social aspect of Zelienople is what makes it unique and special!

Small businesses need support. I am not in favor of the alcohol ban.
If it is not broken, then don't try to fix it
