We as Zimbabwe Nationals feel that the decision by the KP (Kimberly Process) has no solid justification in their decision to deny Zimbabwe the free trade of it's Diamonds. 

The Diamonds of Zimbabwe should be considered a Federal Resource and be protected by our National Police Force. Workers who tend to our Federal resources should be under contractual obligations and should receive a fair wage and social benefits. 

I agree that the KP has not given us the room to develop our infrastructure and now wants to create a situation that forces us to go against the grain, which makes it easy for western media to demonize Zimbabwe and tag us as a rogue nation. 

We as Zimbabwean Nationals refuse to let this happen, and demand that KP thoroughly review and make the right decision. 

I agree with the others in this petition that Zimbabwe should be allowed to trade openly and within the scope of international laws, these gems will help the Zimbabwe economy.

If the KP chooses to ignore our petition then -

I support my government's decision to sell with or without the KP's approval and I support all buyers who participate in the buying of Zimbabwean Gems. 

 - ZIMBABWE DIAMONDS SHOULD BE FREELY TRADED. 

 - ZIMBABWE DIAMONDS ARE NOT BLOOD DIAMONDS

I have NOT been forced, threatened or intimidated to sign this petition, I have NOT based my decision to sign this on political grounds.   I stand with my other fellow Zimbabweans - and here by willingly submit my signature towards this document.
