I think this would be a superb way to give our children something constructive to do all your around! My generation had Northside Beach and it would be awesome to see something similar to that available during this time.

The only way for this to happen is for no tax increases and everything should be donated. I believe if the community sticks together it can be done. If the community don't stick together then it's not time for this. I am all for it to help kids stay off the streets.

This would not be owned by the city(though it would be great if they would build and own it! )SO it could not be free. But we would try to make it as affordable as possible.

Me too Steve. My son just switched to soccer because the commute was getting to us. Granted this is only a half or 3/4 sheet and outdoors but could lay the ground work for the future and perfect for extra ice time and pond hockey games.
