There are already too many rental apartments, more than the Cobb County ordinance allows.

I am a 11 year plus resident at horizon condominium. I am against the gross concept and plan proposed for what is known as resturant row. Im willing to hold out a bit longer for the correct plan to come along.

This development is haphazard and poorly thought out. The letter sent to residents was, at best, condescending and tried to imply a false dilemma of what MIGHT be going there instead of highlighting what positives their option may present. Bad precedent for someone trying to ingratiate themselves in the community.

Is this really the Highest and Best Use of this property? No! We are over-supplied with multi-family units. Why does the Powers Ferry Master Plan even exist if it is not being implemented?

I do not approve of the current plan Z-47. I will destroy the symmetry we currently have in the area not to mention the traffic issues it will create.
