Decent affordable, housing for all We the undersigned call upon Leeds City Council to: *Make no cuts to housing benefit *Not carry out the eviction of anyone who cannot pay their rent *Ensure environmental health officers are able to carry out regular inspections of tenanted properties and uphold decent living conditions We also call upon Leeds City Council to lobby the government in support Youth Fight for Jobs campaign to: * Introduce caps on rents instead of caps on benefit * Introduce secure tenancies for those who want them * Institute a mass social housing building programme
