My Name is Sia Qush , I am asking myself ,Is it a sin to be a young black South African business man, I live and operate my business from a town referred to as Uitenhage under the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro in the Eastern Cape. A few months ago I have completed and submitted a lease agreement with Transet Property Offices in Port Elizabeth, to obtain a rundown building and property situated in canon street Uitenhage , previously referred to as the old Transnet recreation center, The Building have been unoccupied for the last 7 years, and have over the years become a heaven for crime, of which the local police and surrounding residents can attest to all the horrific and ugly dealings at the said property. We got shocked by the Transnet property representative handling our proposal and application , instructing us to seize construction and installations , immediately as its common in our beloved country we suspected foul play, perhaps my concept and initiative trigged the lady to have an interest in a similar but more attractive proposition.

Transnet is still silent while the crime at the Canon Street property continues to spiral out of control. Call their regional office today to demand they stop blocking local development in Uitenhage. Send a screenshot of your protest to five people in your inner circle.

The response to this campaign proves that our community refuses to accept corruption at the expense of our local economy. Take this link to Facebook right now and post it with a demand for government accountability. Email the Transnet office today and ask them why they are blocking local development.

Siya is a visionary and a brave up coming entrepreneur, with a huge tank to follow what he started. I trust him in this process and indeed young black South African business people need to be given an opportunity to establish their business in the CBD of Uitenhage. Kudos and all the best to Siya, He will deliver am confident. Transnet please come to the party you will not regret it. This tomorrow could be one of your proud moments of development as a State Owned Enterprise.
I support the initiative, as someone who has lived in the area for a long time I have seen how the building has deteriorated and the area being used as a crime Hotspot. It was so dirty that you would be scared to walk past because you didn't knw what was going to come out. Street kids occupied it and would do criminal activities and run to the building because no would dare go there. It's high time such sites are developed and why not give them to entrepreneurs to develop.
