I support the initiative, as someone who has lived in the area for a long time I have seen how the building has deteriorated and the area being used as a crime Hotspot. It was so dirty that you would be scared to walk past because you didn't knw what was going to come out. Street kids occupied it and would do criminal activities and run to the building because no would dare go there. It's high time such sites are developed and why not give them to entrepreneurs to develop.

Icebo Car wash offered the best service at Caledon Street, irrespective of the confined spaced utilised...befitting to believe that this new place will offer more, headed by a person of his ambition.

I know Siyabulela Qhusheka as one of the greate Entrepreneurs in Uitenhage, he started projects from nothing to something great. Because of his proven dedication in many business ventures he has been involved in I trust him with this land to make out most best practices, he has always been realistic about business decisions and this will definitely work. I vote for Siyabulela Qhusheka to be given this land and make change to a better safer neighborhood for all while rendering social services that will uplift our communities.

If I may add my 2c worth in opinion. Sia personally took me to this property before construction started, and he elaborated on his plans for its development. One of the first things he made mention of was that it was an abandoned and overgrown property, that has become infamous for the crime and prostitution elements within it. So much so, that the surrounding homeowners have applauded Sia for his initiative and prospects to develop it. He is the type of person that always has his fellow man's best interests at heart , not only has he taken it upon himself to clean the property, but i sternly believe that he will turn this property into a place that will bring peace and safety to the surrounding neighborhood. Something which it has not been for some time now. I suggest they give occupancy rights to Sia for his venture to continue! Regards, Johnathan
