I feel that mufti is a privilege for the Yr 13's as you have made it all the way through school. It also allows people to express themselves in a way that they feel comfortable in. Having mufti will allow students to dress according to the weather, meaning student wont be cold/sick in the winter.

I need motivation as it is to stay for year 13. Year 13 is supposed to be the highlight of any students high school years, yet they expect us to buy a new uniform for $200 or so? What a joke.
