I think it is necessary to get our own postcode on this side of the river. Everyone automatically thinks of Docklands as being north of the Yarra. We have a different vibe on the south side and we are almost an extension of Southbank. Strongly in favour of post code change.

This was first raised with Council some three years ago - seems that Australia Post have a role to play in determining postcodes. Hope the relevant authorities can see the need to 'redefine' Docklands.

Yarra's Edge deserves an individual identity for future growth.
Plus having our own city identity will certainly avoid so much confusion with these large spans of area being under Docklands.
Being on the other side of the Yarra also makes sense for an individual name.
