As a teacher, I need the internet to be able to work safely from home this Fall. We are current xfinity customers but we will have no choice but to get internet elsewhere if this problem is not resolved.

We need you guys to come and set up the internet. My kids will need the internet very soon for school and with no estimated time this will be a very big inconvenience to him. Also not being able to work from home since there isn't any internet has caused my phone bill to rise due to the hotspot I have to provide to my laptop. It's unreal that we are in a pandemic and people need to work from home with some sort of internet connection and we can't.

Currently we have no access to the internet in the community. I have been living in our home for two and a half weeks. Others have been living in the community for months. The houses in the community are wired ready for XFinity to be able to start service however they did not complete the job to wire the internet for the community . Currently they do not have an estimated date for completion of this job or even a start date. I currently am working from home and having to pull internet service from my phone to my laptop is very expensive and super inconvenient. Everyone in the neighborhood would appreciate if XFinity could expedite the process of fixing this issue.

XFinity is already wired here and just has to turn on our neighborhood services. I see their trucks working on the wiring in people’s yards. And to top it off, the box on the side of our house says XFinity.

The DR Horton community needs essential internet service. Please Xfinity, get it done. I feel the community needs to reach out to their local news affiliates and political constituents, as well as, the social netiwork platform.

I wish we moved into DuPont instead of Rainer Ridge. This is costing us extra money to extend our hot spot on our phones which go over the limit EVERY TIME. If you are thinking about moving here, think again because your children won’t have internet access for school and you will not be able to make money to feed your family if you work from home.
