After 6 years of holding and listening to the company to say I feel extremely disappointed about the massive dilution we now face would be an understatement! I will be voting a resounding NO with my 41,552 shares.

No from my remaing 15000 shares. Already paid a heavy price on the other 45000 I've been forced to dump as this ship has been sinking. Why should the bondholders be allowed to steal what little we have left?

The proposed 98.5% dilution is an absolute disgrace! How on earth the board think that long term investors will accept this deal is bewildering. Definitely a NO from me.

I fully support this proposition until a more satisfactory restructuring proposal is put forward to the Xcite Shareholders.

I Vote NO!
These people have repeatedly lied to us all. And now they want to take our asset and give it to the Bond Holders but retain their salaries and positions. Absolutely disgraceful.
I would rather loose my shirt than give up this asset.
Let Excite Energy go bust!!!!!!!!!!!!! As long as the BOD and Bond Holders don't get the asset!!!
