How have you, the BOD, managed to singlehandedly destroy all shareholder value is beyond reprehension. I am prepared to write off the remaining residual value of my shareholding to deprive you and your cahorts any opportunity to benefit from any yes vote. Mr Cole, you ought to be ashamed of yourself every time you receive your monthly salary. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!!

Yes, I have more than 800,000 Xcite share. And I will vote for NO. We as a share holder need clear clarification how this 98.5% : 1.5% calculation arrived. Also I need clarification why Board of Director not initiated to issue new bond to settle it's old one.

There is no point in voting anything other than a resounding "no". Once carried out this ruinous dilution will ensure that your shares remain forever worthless - just keeps people who IMO don't deserve it in well paid employment.
