You have let thousands of shareholders down and stolen life savings and pensions from many of them. I hope you have as many sleepless nights as I have, as I come to terms with the huge loss your 'deal' has given me. I sincerely hope you not consider directorship of any other company, as you sir, are well out of your depth.

99,981 shares voting 'No' against the expected resolution proposed by our out of touch board. What an absolutely disgraceful way to treat the shareholders, especially noting what was said at the AGM some 2 months ago.
