Total abject failure by the BOD to investigate alternative options such as rights issue, well in advance of knowing the risk of not paying back bond holders - I feel utterly robbed of a future that I feel any competent BOD would have secured for my family and I.
I vote NO.

Though the GKP D4E was painful, the OO softened the blow somewhat . For XEL 1.5% is derisory; something closer to 5% and/or a decently priced OO is required for my vote.

My name is Paul and I have 300,000 shares. I propose that no more than 10% equity goes to the bondholders because my friend Richard said that Bentley is a world class asset and 10% upside is an amazing deal, even thought XEL are technically bust. But they need us as much as we need them!
oh, and I really need to recoup my SNRP losses!

I am disgusted by the actions of Rupert Cole and other Board members of Xcite. I will definitely vote against any EGM proposal intended to gift anonymous Bond Holders 98.5% of the "strategic UK asset" that is Xcite's Bentley oil field. Cole has for years maintained long periods of silence punctuated by deliberately vague, indeed unintelligible, RNS announcements - to such an extent that I am unsure whether he is grossly negligent or has acted in bad faith. I tend towards believing it is the latter. Either way he should be removed from office - as should the CFO Andrew Fairclough who has clearly failed to challenge Cole's extraordinary support of anonymous Bond Holders to the detriment of the owners of the Company.

NO! No way. Rather go down fighting than the pitiful way PIs have been treated.
