Absolutely disgraceful failing to monetise this asset after the amount of shareholder time and money invested. Not withstanding the lies and obtuse RNS's and 'only listen to the company' rubbish.

Being invested in Xcite from 2010. I feel let down by the BOD who have mislead me all the way. It's scary to think how low some people can be , and no where to be seen. My investment in Xcite as had a big effect on my life lately sadly not for the best.

Yes, I agree - I've kind of written of the £50K or so in my head, I don't feel the BOD should still be "rewarded" by the kind of deal "they" suggest is the best route for the owners.

The refusal of the board of directors to engage in any dialogue with the shareholders (ie OWNERS of XEL) about this laughable offer speaks volumes for the tawdry behavior of the company officers.
Stand up Rupert and face the music!!

Absolutely support this action as a measure of last resort for the company's woeful and contemptuous treatment of its substantial private shareholder base.

What I learned from XEL.L, that few well dressed dishonest people want to make money from people us showing North sea assets.
Allowing this activities will give wrong message to the world that NORTH SEA is worth less for production and no investor will have confident to come forward to invest in North Sea exploration projects.
