We have been let down by Rupert and the rest of them, so I would be happy to see them get nothing at all out of this.

Rupert has conned the private investor here. I should have known better when he sold a chunk of his shares at around £4. He certainly misled most of us with comments like "only listen to the company" he's up there with the likes of Maxwell. Cheers Rupert, thanks for the false hope and years of misery.

I am on the verge of losing thousands of pounds after investing in this scam. I trusted the information delivered to us by the board and invested on the back of it. We were told not to listen to outside influence - which now appears was mostly true.

This company has told us private shareholders to buy shares in the company, trust then and only listen to them, they have maintained a high level of salary reward, and communicated extremely poorly to us, we are starting to understand why communication has been so poor, they claimed they were in a closed period and could not communicate. They appear to be working in the confines of the present regulations, if they are we private investors need better protection this is much worse than the banking issues of recent years, many people have lost £100s why when we and then appear to be working in the present limits of what is legal, something needs to be addressed here and quickly. I suspect the rich will get richer is this what this government is trying to stop, well they need to work smarter

This is theft of private investors hard earned money. The press should have the story of Xcite and these people should be named and shamed publically.

As a current shareholder I back these proposals.
