A full investigation is required here - looking specifically at: Bond Issue, Churning of Shares, Un-Authorized changes in Articles of Association. The current position is not in the interests of UK Gas and Oil and the Investment principles and criteria set out by the BOD (in particular the current offer bares no resemblance the independently audited asset price).

Invested on the basis of the asset which is excellent. We have been let down badly by a board of directors who procrastinated and should have sold the asset after discovery. This company never was and never should have tried to develop the field. Leave that to the oil majors.

Had these since 2010 & built up my holding every year based on Board RNS's, Board comments at AGM's & conferences and my own research. This outcome was never one I ever imagined based specifically on Board communications. As instructed, I listened to them, and them only. Massive mistake & feel totally cheated.

Greedy and criminal! $145m bond holders wanting 98.5% of a $2b asset! This needs investigating as to why and how it got to this!

I stuck with it for 6 years, believing the fraudulent lies spouted by the board and also believing I was doing my bit not just for MY bank balance but also supporting/investing in the U.K. Shameful and very sad!

BOD have failed in their duties to protect shareholder value and to keep shareholder informed throughout the debacle.

Thousands lost for believing the words of a corrupt BoD, independant due diligence from the OGA owning an oil field of strategic importance to the UK. Not sure who I am most disappointed in - me, the BoD, OGA or the UK govt for allowing this corruption and thievery to continue.

There should be some investigation into this share /the board/the bonds/dealing practices etc and others in AIM. There is the potential/possibility for everything from misguidance, malpractice, significant shareholders churning of shares etc. It's almost as if they have hidden behind the low oil price so they don't have to bring this project to fruition after milking significant salaries since board took positions. Needs investigating by relevant authorities in finance

The stock market is suppose to move money from the impatient to the patient, after 6 years of being patient that is a load of bull, wish I had been impatient in 2011!
