if we have to wear uniform and represent when we go on trips outside of school (romeo and Juliet) then why cant we represent our own clubs in school...whats the point of clubs if u cant represent except once a year total bs

Clubs and teams are extremely important to the student body. Many Xavier students care about, and take great pride in the clubs and teams that they've joined. Hence, they purchase and wear the spirit wear associated with them. Punishing students for wearing spirit wear is, in my opinion, ridiculous. Spirit wear not only represents Xavier much like our uniforms do, but they also have the added benefit of being a source of pride for a student. Dare I even say: a source of spirit (which the school has been sorely lacking for the years I've been here). Honestly, only good can come from allowing students to wear spirit wear in tandem with their uniform, and I strongly suggest that administration take this petition into great consideration,

That is definitely true , these rugbies aren't even comfortable and they're constantly ripping such a waste of $$ I've gone through at least 3. Definitely don't want yo think i wasted my money on sweaters that I can't even wear.

Even if we wear both our golf shirts and rugby, people are still cold. We can't help it if we are. I find it ridiculous that vps are giving green forms to people in the hallways. What if they're just coming in to the school? We need to put down our bags first before we can take off our coats! It's fine if they tell us to take off our sweaters after the second bell for class or to change our shoes to all black ones, but the school's gone out of control

why not let us wear it? we may as well if we payed money for it and it reps the school so I don't see the big problem that teachers do with this

Continued** I don't understand what's the whole point of handing out a green sheet to people who are even wearing a zipper sweater when all they simply have to do is take it off. Then, they're screaming at you because they can't see your golf shirt/rugby because you're wearing an Xavier sweater/jersey. What..¿? We pay a good sum of money for those Athletic & Club sweaters. It's illogical to be selling it if we can't wear it in school. Basically, the way I'm seeing it is the money & as long as you're in full uniform is what matters. People here have been getting sick, that strike when the school was hella unsanitary didn't help either & then we're basically getting punished because we want to stay warm and wear our sweaters/jerseys. But seriously? A green sheet, the three strike rule & then suspension for wearing something on top of your clothes is petty. Lol but it's my last year so..

The rugby might as well be a cardboard box because I feel like I'm wearing one when I have it on. The golf shirts are a next thing. That thing gets stained, so it's stained for life. (Lord knows I've tried
