I do not see the issues or risks that follow wearing our schools spirit wear, we spent the money so we should be able to show off our schools teams and clubs

It's absolutely ridiculous that SCHOOL spirit wear, can't be worn IN SCHOOL! Like..what did I buy it for then?? Explain this logic to me..

The rugby doesn't help us keep warm at all. I'm constantly uncomfortable during the day because I'm cold and it takes away from my focus in class. I've tried wearing long sleeves under but that's not much help. When i wear a hoodie under, which actually keeps me warm - I am asked to remove it. At the very least the school club/team sweaters have Xavier written on them and are part of school merchandise. The next time I get stopped for uniform because I'm wearing a hoodie under the polo, I will not hesitate to tell you "I will wear the uniform right, when you make better uniforms"

I think it is very fair that we are allowed to wear our spirit wear during the school because spirit days are only twice a year and the money on our sweaters and such should be allowed to be worn

It has gotten to the point where the school uniform has become more important than the cleanliness of the school, the efficacy of its faculties, and, to the most grandiose extent, the students' education. It's a shame the administration is so obsessed with sports/fascism (see: uniform blitz) that they don't dedicate their resources to the things that genuinely matter.

Problem is, the uniforms were horribly made to begin with. And McCarthy boasts on how it's being made without child labor. Cloths being made with child labor have much superior quality to what we have. We should demand good looking and high quality uniforms that will last. Let's leave a mark for the next generation.

if I pay over $30 to buy a school hoodie i should be allowed to wear it !!! the school environment should be a positive place not a living hell in which we all FREEZE to death.
