Please support the "Tim Tebow" bill in West Virginia

Let them play!!!!!!

We pay taxes into the school system like everyone else and our children should have the option of trying out for and playing public school sports.

According to the county and state board of education, homeschoolers have access to everything that the kids in public schools have. Sports should not be any different. Please pass the Tebow bill.

Very good law so all students have the right to participate.

I support this 100%. My son was unable to wrestle due to the current laws. This is a complete a disservice to children who are great athletes.

I greatly support this bill as I do not think that parents should have to choose between homeschooling their children and their activities. In addition, these individuals are paying taxes for the schools and enduring the cost of homeschooling so why do they not have the right?

Public schools are publically funded by parents who send their children their and also parents who homeshool. Therefore, homeschooling parents have paid for the right to have their kids on the sports teams.

My children love soccer and we fund that already. So funding isn't a problem for us! Every child should get to play sports! Thank you for your support.

Its for the kids!!!

My life-long homeschooled son is also a dedicated soccer player and an 8th grader. He would readily take a few public school classes in order to play on a team but now our county isn't allowing that. He's doing very well schooling at home, but he also wants to play soccer -- and once he's a 9th grader that means at least trying out for the school team.

I would love to see this bill pass.. so my kids will have the opportunity to participate in school activities!

It's very important for every child no matter their means of education be able to join in all extracurricular activities. Children should not feel as if they are being punished because they are not in the public education system. Please help all children to enjoy the activities that they love.
