Wrongful Removal of Children by Child Protective Services California

They removed my kids without giving any paperwork to why and refused contact with me for over 72 hours

Sheriff's removed my 3 children from a home they didn't live in now CPS won't return them

They took my children under someone’s false accusation

They took my baby 3 days after birth,on allegations of neglect..I'm no felon ....nor on probation,simply asked for a little help from the hospital if possible..instead theyreferred us to cps.never had a chance to create a bond with my child ..

It's time we take action

Cps has way too much authority and the case workers need to be watch and more than one person should be able to pull a child from their home. I think at least two people need to make that decision. A very evil woman pulled my son from our home and we still suffer from the damages done by her. Don’t give just one person that type of attoritity

DCFS has a long history of taking children without actual cause. They will make all sorts of things up that are unsubstantiated. Unfortunately, the court appointed attorney does not work for your interests.

I truly hope that we stick it to Child Pilferage Services good

They did the same to me and my family removed only one of my children. Still fighting them in court. They are a horrible agency.
