Im in nevada with this problem and I am unable to find anybody to even acknowledge this let alone help me. If there is anybody at all that knows what I can do I am a desperate mother at a point begging to be heard and a direction with real help instead of false help. Please. Today Dfacs of Clayton county Georgia had my child checked out of school. school allowed an unauthorized person not listed on the approved persons which is me and her daddy and I was at home waiting on my 2nd grader to get

my grandchildren were taken from my home after the cpsw did up a safety plan in which was signed by 4 witnesses , 2 days later they filed an ex parte against my son and daughter in law who no longer had custody or care of the children and removed them from my home.

I understand your pain. I am going though a long battle. I've been fighting since march 31st last year. siince my kids have been in care my son was abused in foster care, no body cares. they gave my daughter to her bio. hes never been their a day in her life. he wont let me see her. i am doin all i can. i want the state to pay for physical emotional distress on all the families out their children. heartache that myself and a lot of others are going through!!!

Hi Kellie sorry we have to have sleepless nights as we worry and try to figure out what we can do to stop the EVIL CPS WORKERS who are hurting these babies, My grandchildren were taken by CPS 4 months ago and I'am fighting for them . I will not stop ,I pray that your family finds justice

My children were removed for no reason either in Ventura county. I will be filing a civil suit against them

a hospital nurse falsely report sexual of my children which led up to my 4hr wrongful detainment by police and the removal of my children. I never talked to a social worker and had no idea where my kids were for four days

I have a friend that is currently going through this with her adopted daughter, even though she is a well respect Foster parent and biological mother to 6 of her own. Very sad and unfair.
