I am a Wildwood Property Owner and hereby affix my signature to this petition in support of an external third party formal opinion audit with recommendations by June 30th , 2011, according to the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including proper expenditures out of capital improvements as required in WPOA by-laws articles 8 Sec 8 (a).
