Let's call this Day zero gaming experience with it's own name: catastrophe.

Players stuck in flight, disconnection, empty zones without mobs, 2s latency issues, phasing problems, non-working feature, etc.. etc...

This is the World Of Warcraft: Warlord Of Draenors day zero experience.

We are wow players, we are Blizzard enthusiasts, we are gamers. We are paying customers of your core business, and we ask for a better service!

We are tired of excuses and "We are aware of problems...." and now we ask for a real change.

This is the fifth expansion since the launch of World Of Warcraft and over all this years, the launch event achieved the astonishing fail rate of 100%.

The gaming experience during these events is always frustrating and inconsistent, and, in this case:nonexistent.

We really don't like to say that, but this time we got enough!

We are really disappointed about the way blizzard is handling the launches and we ask for a radical change and REFUND of at least 1 month of game time!

We will not get our day zero back, but at least we want you to guarantee that this does not happen ever again.

The department in charge for managing these events must be object of a deep revision and a strategy must be planned in order to avoid any risk for the future.

Yes we are very serious about our entertainments!
