If you are one of millions of people around the world that paid good money for a game that has not worked since it was released and even 3 weeks later the game is just as bad if not worse and have gotten very little for what you paid for this petition is for you. We are seeking a full or partial refund for services we have yet to recieve but were promised on launch. This is a failure on your company and you need to own up to your mistake and compensate the people that make your company what it is the Gamers that pay and play. I will be getting signatures for a class action lawsuit against activision for false advertisement and im sure a few other laws were broken in this whole ordeal but we will let the big shot lawyers figure that part out lets raise our voices and demand action against Activision.

The silence from the publisher is deafening. I am currently in contact with legal counsel to discuss the next steps for a potential class action.

It takes so much time to look up for a match, also when a match is over i grt disconnected from that server and make me lose my Xp
Love CoD and I was so excited for the launch of this game. First game I bought the season pass for and spent the whopping $100 for a game that doesn't work.
The game is hacked and they do nothing to correct it

This has been huge disappointment. I could only buy one game to play for next year and rven bought srsson pass. I am poor and really not happy.
