This petition is not to cause problems but to solve them. The amount of work that students at BDHS have to do is overwhelming and the fact that we are expected to study in the Cafeteria during the busy lunch hour because a few students leave their garbage behind is unacceptable. This is a petition to bring back eating and drinking in the Library so everyone can benefit and use the assets that the school is supposed to provide for us. Sincerely- the student body. I was just sitting in the noisy cafeteria trying to focus on my history notes while someone was literally shouting right next to my ear and I honestly think we deserve better than this. I saw a few teachers whispering about our petition in the hallway so maybe they are finally starting to notice how distracted everyone is during lunch. My brain feels like it is going to explode from all the cafeteria chaos so please keep venting in the comments because I am reading every single one of them while I try to figure out who I need to talk to next.

I LITERALLY JUST WANT TO EAT MY LUNCH WHILE I FINISH MY HOMEWORK. STUPID RULE.
honestly so annoying that we get blamed for the mess the younger kids make. stop punishing everyone for a few people being messy
it makes no sense that we have to go to the loud cafeteria just to finish an essay, some of us actually like to get work done
When I was attending this highschool eating in the library was no issue. Due to the incompetence of a few students who don't know how to clean up after themselves does not mean all students should be affected by this. These are adults acting like children taking away something from these students that can help benefit them in the end. Having teacher still having the privilege of eating in the library isn't fair nor just to the student of Bradford High and needs to be taken with a different approach. The staff at BDHS clearly shows that they are no more mature than the highschool students themselves as they are acting in a more mature and adult way to get their point across to them. This is honestly absurd and should be dealt better. From a former graduate of BDHS
bruh just put a trash can in the library instead of banning food, it's not that hard

please let us live and eat in the library again i swear it's the grade 9's in the back lab who always leaves their trash and gathers around like there's a bonfire or something
