Please. Help. We love our career, but the pain will end us too early. Experience DOES matter in ultrasound, the field would lose it’s appeal in medicine if we lose all the experienced Sonographers.

Get them what they need to do their job. The alternative is work comp or spending 2 years making back the money it cost to recruit and train someone.
