The sun comes up and blunds you going through making it hard to judge. The road surface isn’t even and the poles are bent. Coming off Douglas Avenue there’s barely anytime to straighten up before going through.

These width restrictions are dangerous and need to be wider and safer.

Width restrictions are ok but don’t need to be with metal posts to damage vehicles

A ridiculous set up. Can anyone explain why more than one pair of posts each side is needed. Herts CC highways make numerous bad and expensive errors. Nascotwood Road islands installed & now removed at great cost. Odhams roundabout, never ending changes etc.

I have damaged two of my cars going through the restrictions!!! Totally unfair and far to small. There had been too many accidents and too many people having to pay for there cars to be fixed.

There is no room for error with the posts being level with the curb, so if catch the curb you will also damage your vehicle I live in Knutsford Avenue and have stopped using Woodmere and travel via Otterspool Way to cross into the Mereden.

Width restriction has no need to be as long as it is.

Width restrictors to narrow causing accidents with cars being stuck causing delays in traffic as recovery trucks are call out as well as wasting police time . There is a car stuck in them far to often .

Causes delays due to accidents and wastes police time having to attend incidents that need not happen.

Went through these width restrictions a couple of days after buying my new car and completely dented, scratched the side of my car with the wing mirror hanging off. Cost me £500 to fix. The width restrictions are not ideal for the bigger cars that are being driven in this modern day and they cause to much stress and chaos for drivers. They need to be got rid of as soon as possible! I see way to many cars get stuck and destroyed by these unnecessary barriers.
Please consider the safety and damage to cars, with a wider restriction.
