Maternity leave should be a time of joy but for familys that live paycheck to paycheck there can be an added stress of money. This would be a wonderful thing and help new moms and dads releave that stress.

Having financial support from Hyatt will make a huge difference and will help reduce the worry of not having any sick time or vacation time afterwards if needed.

So many positive changes are coming down the pipe from Corp right now so I'm sure they're taking a look at this already. This would be a great added benefit which would further show the "care" component we are all working towards.

This is absolutely important, as life's little emergencies must be acknowledged and covered in order to fully care for your employees.

Women and men alike should have the right to stay home and care for their children. They should be able to do so without the added stress of worrying about pay. They already have enough new stresses in their life of caring for a newborn child.
