Womems are the homemakers, they are the best managers. Management comes from home yet they don't demand anything in return and keep on serving their family without any breaks.But still these homemakers are taken for granted their decisions doesn'matter much why? Arent they important? why do we say to these homemakers " what do you do u just sit at home and eat?" When this homemaker decides to earn for the family go out of the home and earn they are told "what do u do for family? You don't have time for kids " in this what does a women could do just sit and listen ? The answer is NO. Women need acknowledgement in this society and the respect for all the things they do.
We all as women have encountered cases of eve teasing we are touched without our permission that too by strangers in public places and we stay quiet for the sake of our respect and the fear of embarrassment. The question asked here is what do you get from touching?? On one hand you worship durga on the other hand you tease a women humiliate her in public just becoz she's a women and you are astonished by her body?At work places women are not offered equal pays and hired for the beauty of their face and not for the sake of knowledge. The world is lead in male dominance where the male make demands and women fullfill the demands bcoz that her command. The veil of women had depleted her growth women are strong they don't need reservations all they need is to be treated as EQUALS rest they could handle on their own. We need to change our mentality towards women and support them in their growth. This is the change we demand. So come let's sign this petition and ask for the change.

The hypocrisy of this society is infuriating because they praise us as goddesses while treating us like property in every boardroom and public street. I am tired of the excuses being made by the cowards who refuse to give women the respect and equal pay we are owed. We are not backing down until those in power stop ignoring these demands.

The momentum we have built proves that people are finally waking up to the systemic disrespect forced upon women every single day. The powers that be and those predatory men in public spaces can stop ignoring us because our collective refusal to stay silent is becoming impossible to suppress.

True words. Every man needs to realize that his mother and sister are not just there to serve. The mentality has to change before our country can actually move forward
Yes..... Now, women have a Equality as a men have.... She does many things for a home like as if she works then she wake up early and prepare breakfast, lunch nd then another works also. Then she come in evening nd then she works.... In short, she wake up at 6 a.m. nd whole day has been completed at 11 p.m. Bur, Even after this, she listen that what work u done in whole day.
Being a boy I think that our society gives opportunity to our mothers & sisters so they do not feel deprived of society. And for showing all the shallow thinking man that WOMAN CAN DO ANYTHING
Its very important in life to take care of thsee thing in life specially sex equality and woman empowerment

Exactly!! People always complain no matter what we do. If we stay home we do nothing and if we work we are bad mothers. Enough is enough.
