It would be awesome to have warrants on rental homes then maybe we could live free of mould and cold damp houses. Heating would be awesome those of us with no heating in our houses freeze so much during winter.

As long as the rent is still affordable. Less sickness means less doctors funding or unaffordable costs to parents. Health is so important

I had one flat that was cockroach infested, another that had slugs all through the shower... neither of which the landlords would do anything about!
