Withhold rent or receive proportionate discount due to failure of basic amenities in Cranbourne House

I will not pay full rent for an inadequate, unsanitary quality of living beyond my control.

I have had a number of problems with my shower and the flow of hot water. I have also seen rats around the bin area.

Shower is cold and my bathroom floor leaks

Never hot water too clean plates ect. Constant unnessary fire alarms The no water situation Needs to be lowered for a term

Everything stated is accurate in reguards to the state of cranborne house from my experience & has been and is inconvenient. I'd like to add: faulty bathroom rails which fall off if you touch them and silver fish infestation in the higher up flats.

Hot water in shower only works if the hot tap is on, have had cold showers times before.

Can’t even use my tap in my bathroom sink without water spraying everywhere

These halls are a joke

Our oven took 3 weeks of going down and complaining and nothing happened, still hasn’t been properly fixed now, water issues all the time!

I have no hot water in my sink, and my shower is now colder since the work was done to "improve it".

Still have no hot water for my bathroom and my radiator hasn’t worked since day one
