Pass this Bill ASAP to create opportunities for entrepreneurs to create a cottage business unique to their talents.

Please vote to enact this bill ASAP. Baked goods would not in my opinion be more hazardous than home canned products.

Sales from own home site shouldnot be restricted either. I support this Bill too!

If we could bake from home, this would allow us to obtain the money needed to open a retail store

This bill would be a huge step for home bakers like myself who are looking to someday have a business of their/my own.

This would be a boon to many people. If out of work it could supply them with some sort of income to pay bills, etc. A wonderful idea.

This would be the answer to my prayers. How awesome it would be to share something I love so much with others.

Wonderful opportunities for stay at home moms and others.

I have had a business for 14 years, the last 7 have been in the basement of my home.It however is not a bakery business, it is a hair salon. I have laws I have to follow, and for my business I have to have a license. I am all for the small business being run out of homes, and I will tell you some great reasons why. By putting it in my home, I have to pay no money in gas going to and from my job, which is a huge savings for a small business owner. Not only do I save money on gas, I help my community out by drawing people from surrounding cities and towns to my community, these people then may shop in my towns stores on the way to or from my shop. Because it is less expensive to do this way, I am able to give people more reasonable prices on everything, and I didn't need to raise my prices at all in the last 7 years on my haircuts , even through the worst we had in this economy, my sales were down but I was fine. I was able to take a loan out for my business that I could pay off in 5 years for a salon of my dreams, at only 350.00 a month instead of throwing my hard earned money down the toilet on rent. I now have it paid off and have more money on pay day to go spend at local stores and further help the economy, it is a win, win situation, and people pay less to get to have their hair done. With a bakery business, I know there is food poisoning laws, but I think this can all be set up in an easy enough manner to get some small business's popping up, one's that may even grow huge and maybe buy a bigger shop and employ some people in the future. America needs to loosen the reigns just a bit and make it a bit easier to start small , this year I added a sewing alterations to my business, it took me a year to sew, now I make gifts and sell them in my shop, customers bring sewing jobs for me to do when they get a haircut , believe it or not, that business cost me the price of a sewing machine to start, there was no red tape, no fees, or anything, but I did have the existing

This would be a great addition to the current law...lets make it happen.

This would also help people who want to have a small, very small business and make extra income be able to afford it without all the state licensing regulations etc.

We need to recreate our hometown businesses and get away from commerical overseas companies that harm our health..

Come on Wisconsin! Get on board with this! It allows so many great businesses to get a start and take better care of their families at the same time.
