I am currently a licensed processor in WI. For financial reasons I was forced to take a full-time position and can no longer dedicate the time to baking that justifies licensing fees and commercial kitchen rental. It would really be great if I could continue to sell my goodies to regular customers and at weekend farmers markets. Let's get this ammendment passed!!

My wife has a talent for baking, it is a wonderful creative outlet. People love her baking. We advise that we can not sell, as we have no licensed, insured, commercial kitchen so she can only bake for friends and family.

Please enact this . With so many in need of good jobs that have to flexible and more regular jobs not flexing for moms or dad's . This could truly help out Wisconsin and we could stand out with this too.

I was the Pie Lady at the Osceola Wi
farmers market until I was told I could not sell there because I do not have a commercial kitchen. A lot of people were disappointed as I make a mean pie. One of my pies sold for $100 at a raffle. Have been selling pies for eleven years and thought maybe they would grand father me in.

It is not fair that area non profits can sell my donated bakery products but I can not. Please allow us to gain profit from our work.
