I have to raise the question that if my kitchen is good enough to serve my own family, why is it not good enough to serve others? Passing this bill will open up opportunity to the state of WI. A successful home business can easily turn into a successful commercial business. Both of which benefit consumers & the State of WI. We should not be forced into massive debt in order to follow our dreams!

Please pass this law!!! I would love to start selling my customer sugar cookies. It is ridiculous that selling baked goods is illegal without a commercial kitchen. I should move to Arizona where they have the best Cottage Food Laws!!

This law would create thousands of jobs for Wisconsin residents. Any Politician keeping that from happening is a disgrace. Allow the people of WI to start making a living and stop preventing them from the same rights so many others in this country are enjoying. Clearly the economy of WI needs an affordable way to generate income.

A Cottage Foods bill would enable those that have limited funds to start their business on a small scale. I have been trying to figure out how i can justify the financial output required for a commercial kitchen when I plan on baking 1-2 cakes per week. This amendment would create an opportunity for myself and countless others.
