This is not an appropriate location for a public house, consideration for the surrounding hospice should be a priority!

This is the most obsurd idea I have ever heard a pub oppersite a hospice and hospital that includes mental health patients cancer patients and the terminally ill! How disrespectful!

Plenty of other places close by for this, but not on the Hospice doorstep...

It is so the wrong place to have a pub, the patients need a peaceful place to rest and recuperate.

Ridiculous proposal! Very inconsiderate to the very sick patients in the hospice!

Absolutely atrocious idea. The hospice is a place of solitude, comfort, peace and tranquility for their patients who are terminally ill. The families also benefit from this at such a very hard time in their lives too. The added noise, traffic and security aspects to name a few other issues make for this proposal to be absolutely a no go. Please let our relatives have the peace and dignity they deserve without adding noise and stress. The grounds surrounding the hospice are a lovely area to sit and reflect too and this too would be affected. I'm not against new businesses starting up but they have to be situated in a suitable area for the whole communities needs and how it affects them. Please turn down this proposal.

After having two realtives pass away at the hospise in the last few years, I can only appeal that this application is not granted. The peace and quiet of the Hospise has a calming effect on everyone there, for the familes of those that are ill and most importantly the patients. The smells that this would bring to the hospise would be unbearable and the noise would be unrelenting. Patients can pass with dignity at the hospise, let this continue.
